General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and db99 ("db99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the db99 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, and account management features.

Wagering Requirements

Account Termination

Upon receiving a closure request, db99 will process any valid pending withdrawals before completing the account closure. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than simply close their account should request self-exclusion specifically, as the procedures and consequences differ.

Termination by db99

db99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game or promotional rules.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed by db99 due to a material breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
